We’re going to help you address your job interview weaknesses by giving you the tools you need to absolutely destroy your next interview.  That work is going to be a combination of tips and techniques from us and practice from you.  You can’t develop new skills without either, so we will do our part if you will do yours.  If you’ve done your part, your interview skills will be significantly improved.

We believe that it is important to give back to the community, and so we happily give away a lot of our material freely for anyone to use.  The free material on this site is designed to be both useful and actionable.

With the free material, you will get:

What you will not get, however, is access to our coaching and comprehensive job interviewing course.  These programs are managed as courses by our experts and require time commitment by paid experts that we are just unable to simply give away for free.

2. Phone Screen Evaluations

Combined with the free information available on our site, we also offer paid phone screen evaluation sessions.  These sessions are conducted by an experienced hiring manager or HR professional with years of interviewing background.

Our phone screens are a great way to get some of the benefits of our expert coaching program but at a lower cost.

3. Our Coaching Program

We have build up a large amount of course material and expertise that is suited only to a proper coaching environment.  The best way to learn an interpersonal skill like job interviewing is to work in an environment where someone else can evaluate and provide carefully crafted coaching feedback.  It is through this practice, evaluation and feedback process that you can realize the most effective end result.
